Saw my ENT today,

He was very happy with my results. Given the location of my tumor (soft palet) he is able to poke prod and jam all sorts of instruments in the affected area (GAG, GAG and GAG again)

All in all he said I was doing great and did not need to see me again until June. I'm starting to feel a bit more comfortable about getting on with my life.

My RO has me scheduled for my first CT in April, so I have to wait a bit for the internal look-see. Both doctors said they wanted to wait a bit because the soft palet throws false positives after radiation along with the fact that they can just jam their finger back there and GAG me LoL. Kidding aside, they can get at the area visually and physically so they are happy with what they are seeing to date.

Wish me luck in April.

Kelly

Nice positive appointment. So happy it went well for you. Gave me a chuckle with the Gag, gag and more gag. It's a running joke with Steve and I everytime he see's his doctor. Funny thing is his doctor always smiles when he makes Steve gag. I'm starting to think he does it for fun lol.
