I don't have a clue as to what most of the acronyms that are used on this website mean and I have been through all this with my husband and went with him to every appointment and meeting. I have been advised to put my signature in but don't know any of the lingo that everyone else is using. I don't remember anyone (doctors, nurses, etc) using any of it with us. The only one I can figure out is SCC. | | | | | Joined: Aug 2009 Posts: 32 Contributing Member (25+ posts) | | Contributing Member (25+ posts) Joined: Aug 2009 Posts: 32 | Pat, check out this thread. You can save this to your computer as a PDF file, save it as a web favorite in your browser, and print it out. I did all three. Pages 173-178 in the PDF file are: Appendix Two GLOSSARY OF IMPORTANT TERMS. This is a good alphabetical list to work from. I am glad you found OCF!
