Im still at school, and have a small lump formed on my left cheek. I can move it with my tounge. I can feel it with my tounge and it looks like a tiny lump in the mirror. I tried speaking to my friends about it, but they laughed thinking i was being stupid.

What is it?
Is it cancer?
What should i do?
