Well, we saw the oncologist today and to quote her "I have good news and bad news"...good new is the scans are much better, the bad news is that Jim is extremely anemic, the swelling is due to the Taxotere and she told us that we couldn't use the words "remission". There were still several hot spots on the scans, so don't go getting tooo excited. So they gave him a shote of Procrit which Jim described as pushing concrete thru his arm, 2 more chemo treatments...the pain is due to the fact that the cancer has eaten away much of his bone structure, so this will continue...I'm so sick of all of this! I'm hitting the wall again, so I'm going to bed and maybe tomorrow will be better. And a word of advice to anyone....if you have this cancer demon - DO NOT TRY TO RENOVATE OR REMODEL A HOME! That in itself is enough to bring the average person to their knees!!!
