Saw Dad today. Looks better now that they have that lovely cocktail of "food" running into him! wink He was getting so dehydrated. He was also little giddy from the pain med's too. smile They have not had him get up yet, want him resting. Can't even drink water yet. They have not tried the PEG yet either, guess the nutritionist comes tomorrow. Mom made me drive home today, there is a big rain storm-a-comin'... makes her nervous when I drive in it. HAHA

Dad: Age 65 Heavy smoker/drinker. Biopsy-No surgery. Cancer base of tongue/throat. "Invasive Squamous Carcinoma RRT" --Beginning 1/9/08: IMRT treatments (5X/wk),chemo pills (4/day) and Chemo IV (once/wk) PEG tube inserted 1/25/08. Treatments ended 2/26/08

JUNE 30, 2008 Officially CANCER FREE!!!
