Our dear friend Charm passed away suddenly on April 29, 2013. His family knew how much he loved OCF and its members. Over the years, he spent countless hours making medically accurate posts even when he himself was very ill. Charm's family set up The Tom Baker Jr Memorial Fund in his honor.

He had friends all around the world and touched thousands of people's lives. This memorial was set up to take donations from anywhere in the world.
