Of course everybody is different. I just gotta say that. I had a difficult time due to my body rejecting the titanium jaw. This happened about 7-10 days after the surgery. Sorry but I cant be sure since I was kept in a medically induced coma for 3 weeks. The titanium jaw was removed and the free flap redone. My guess would be if your father's body was going to reject the titanium, he would have developed problems earlier. Best wishes with his recovery. Hope he feels better soon.
