All I can think of is nausea, weakness, hair loss and neuropathy. My old-timers disease is NOT in remission..... Please help me make this list. TJ
SCC BOT, mets to neck, T4. From 3/03: 10wks daily multi-drug chemo, Then daily chemo with twice daily IMRT for 12 weeks - week on, week off. No surgery. New lung primary 12/07. Searching out tx options.

Skin problems/reactions. A lot of this depends on the particular chemo and individual patient response.

How about Taste,saliva glands, Muscle tissue, Thyroid, Chemo hits every cell in our body. I am sure there are a few more that we must have but just do not know it.. have a nice day today... Diane
2004 SCC R.tip 1/4 tongue Oct. 2005 R. Neck SCC cancer/Chemo Cisplatin 2x/8wks. Rad. Removed Jugular vein, Lymph gland & some neck muscle. TX finished 1/20/06... B.Cancer 3/29/07 Finished 6/07 Bi-op 7/15/09 SCC in-situ, laser surgery removed from 1st. sight. Right jaw replacement 11/3/14. 9 yrs cancer free as of Jan. 2015

I remember Danny saying really bad headaches.It occurs to me that the effects of chemo depend on the concoction you are getting- some being generalized-some specific to the drugs. Amy
