Does anyone have a problem with more mucus when they've had whole milk instead of semi skimmed?
I hadn't really thought about it until I had nothing differant food wise other then for a change have some whole milk instead of semi and for a few days following I've had more mucus then normal.. thanks, Linda

Linda, my husband has tried some cream and milk based thinned soups. These gum up in his mouth and the mucus starts flowing more heavily. So he stays away from milk or cream. MY

It's a myth, an "old wives tale", not based on science. Milk does NOT cause more mucous.
