Has anyone tried acupuncture for post-radiation pain and or saliva issues?

This subject has been up before - use the "search" feature and type in "acupuncture" in search words and select "search all open forums".

kristin,
my mom has been getting accupuncture for about six or seven weeks now and it seems to be helping. In fact, it's the only thing that has helped thus far and she's just coming up on her one year post treatment anniversary. Email me if I can answer any questions for you. Best wishes,
Didier

The cost of acupuncture was getting too much for us to handle weekly. I decided to go down to bi-weekly visits. This past week was the first one I skipped and WOW did I feel a difference. I'm returning to weekly, sad for my bank account, but I don't know what else to do!
