My husband continues to have his esopaghus dilated- however it is now every 6 weeks and he can eat many foods if it is very tiny bites.
His biggest problem now is extreme dry mouth which means no matter how much he chews it, many times end up as a dry ball that won't go down.
He has taken salogen for 6 months but has been ineffective.
His dentist told him to try over the counter artificial saliva. I read the articles posted on the website and it doesn't sound effective.

Anyone using it and have any recommendations for a product brand and also where to buy it? We live pretty much in the middle of nowhere.

Good news-15 months cancer free. bad news -esopaghaus sticture total effects his quality of life.
