Hopefully it was only a neck disecction. Remember when you walk or sit to support the arm so you have no drag on the shoulder until you build up your strength. Kids and hubby lug laundry and groceries into house. You cannot lift anything that is over a pound. Get into PT as soon as possible and you'll be back to your old self much faster. Give ud an update when you can.
