I apologize up front if this has been mentioned before. As a mouth breather of many years standing, I found it difficult to sleep with it closed to avoid dry mouth. Since I began using the stick-on nasal strips sold to reduce snoring, I find that breathing through my nose is much easier and therefore my mouth stays shut, I stay asleep, and if I ever snored, which I seriously doubt smile , that is taken care of also. I have also found that the generic brand product works just as well as the more expensive, heavily advertised brand.
