Robbie, stay off the tobacco forever.
Keep a close watch for anything new, see your oral surgeon or ENT in 3 months and again in 6 months. Trust these professionals.

If you continue to worry about something that is not there then you need to ask for counseling. Perhaps it is the result of guilt because you know that your tobacco use is bad for you.

In any case you do not seem to have oral cancer. Move on!
