In the past few weeks, Ive noticed some strange symptoms and after looking through various websites I came across this one. My symptoms mach a few of the ones listed on the websites visited, such as ulcers, sore throat, an odd lump in the back of my mouth that lasted for about 3 weeks, muscle spasms which I believe arent important, and most recently after a night of drinking I woke to a bloody ulcer on my lip. I am wondering if anyone here thinks that it would be within my best interests to get it checked out by someone other than the campus doctor, who said he thinks it was just strep throat. I am currently 19 and at college, so I was just trying to see if anyone here happens to have a different opinion of things it could be, such as a lack of fruits and vitamins. Thanks

You need to go to an ENT to get this checked out. If anything, do it for your own piece of mind. Good luck and keep us posted.

Alright thanks for the advice, I went to the campus doctor and he couldnt figure out what it was, so he just told me it was some kind of cold he hasnt seen. If it werent for the strange lump I would have never posted but thank you for the advice and I will surely get it checked out when I go home next week.
