I have experienced dental pain for appx two months but not sure about the Leukoplakia's life even though I am in the dentist chair every 4-6 months for hygiene. I had biopsy on 9/25 and will get results on 10/2. I have lived on the computer since the day my dentist said Leukoplakia. I suspect possible retromolar trigone? My fear is the pain I experience in my ear from time to time. It feels like cotton is stuffed in there. I don't know where to turn next but know I have to be patient until I get the results from the biopsy. If I have SSC should I be treated here in Dallas or go to MDAnderson in Houston? Any helpful advice will be appreciated.

CD{ is that how you want to be addressed?] Off the top of my head, I would say that if you are diagnosed with SCC and can get to MDAnderson in Houston, it would be a good move. Hope your biopsy is negatie.Amy

The retromolar trigone is a location in the mouth, it is not a condition. You say nothing about the possible risk factors that you might have for the disease. If you have none of them, it could be just as likely that you have an ear infection, or have congested eustacian tubes for a host of benign possible reasons, and leukoplakia. Two separate issues. Take a deep breath, wait for the biopsy and don't assume the worst.
