You are just starting to hit the time when your sense of taste starts to change. Unfortunately this is all part of the process. I used to omit salt from everything I cooked. I was surprised to learn how much salt is added to processed foods to preserve it. Making your own foods from scratch and omitting salt can help. Always buy low sodium types of anything processed you buy. Years ago I started a thread about foods that are easier to eat. This works great for patients who are struggling to eat while they are going thru rads or in their recovery phase. Im sure you will find some things from the list you can manage to eat. Focus on your intake and taking in enough to keep your weight stable. We will help you get thru your treatments and recovery. Feel free to go thru posts and learn about the side effects of treatments and what to expect in recovery. But, always remember everybody's different and what one person struggles with another may not. Hang in there!!!
