| Joined: May 2017 Posts: 1 Member | OP Member Joined: May 2017 Posts: 1 | Hi All My wife started about 6 years ago with leukoplakia she had it removed and than about a year ago it started with a sore on the tongue and before long it was off to go through a long operation and reconstruction I guess common to most dealing with the same cancer. Monday they went back in to remove 2 lumps that appeared while going through radiation. After surgery at Westchester Medical they said that it has spread. So we never run from a fight so now it's off to Sloan Kettering in hopes to get her on immunotherapy. My thanks to Eva and Brian for guiding light in this fight. Russ
