I have never done anything like this before, so here goes... My name is Sarah and I was diagnosed with stage 1 HPV16 tonsill cancer 5 weeks ago. Since then I have had a tonsillectomy to remove a 1.5cm tumor and a modified, radical neck dissection to remove and biopsy 28 lymph nodes. I am very lucky to have dodged any other treatment, but I am searching for resources and information to help rehabilitate and also share experiences that may help others who are embarking on or going through something similar. I look forward to using this forum. | | | | Joined: Jun 2007 Posts: 10,507 Likes: 6 Administrator, Director of Patient Support Services Patient Advocate (old timer, 2000 posts) | Administrator, Director of Patient Support Services Patient Advocate (old timer, 2000 posts) Joined: Jun 2007 Posts: 10,507 Likes: 6 | Welcome to OCF, Sarah!
