Same issues when using Osmolite 1.5 in hospital. There are a million tiny tricks to helping to manage tube feedings. Usually slowing down the delivery and watering it down will help with the nausea. Prescription formulas arent easy for most people to digest. Make sure he is always in an upright position during and for at least an hour after feedings. He should also stay still during that time. After trying these suggestions, if he still isnt doing better tolerating the formula ask the doc or nutritionist to switch to a different one. There are hundreds of them on the market.
