I was wondering if anyone had any experience with the immunotherapy trials, either the one Brian spoke of, MEDI4736 (Astro Zenica) or MK3475 (Merck).
I have a bone lesion in my rib, newly diagnosed.
Any information or insights to treatment, side effects you may have had, how it is working for you, etc would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks so much!

Cindy, my husband was in a phase 1 trial of MEDI4736 from January 2014 to July 2014. The med has very lfew side effects, for John it was mainly diarrhea on the dosing day which was taken care of using c a couple of Imodium. Unfortunately, the trial did not work for him. He is now in a different clinical trial. We have heard from our MO that there is another trial of MEDI 4736 in combination with another drug. To qualify, one has to have had three lines of chemo treatment. The last time we spoke to her, the trial was still being vetted.
