Good diet, a rigorous and consistent exercise program, very minimal sedentary lifestyle (including work), light massage, stretching the entire body first thing in the morning and last thing in the day. This will minimize pain, maintain maximum range of motion and give you the longest and most comfortable life. It's the same thing doctors have been saying for decades. The radiation damage is the same thing that occurs as we age, only accelerated. We get too busy or too lazy as time goes by and it catches up.

Sandy1028, I wouldn't even know where to begin and I sure wouldn't want anyone to believe it could happen to everyone.

I will just say, I read we have 7,00,000 total muscles in our body if we include things like "smooth muscle". I think all of them have been affected at one time or another. Add in all the nerves, neuromuscular valves, a handful of joints and that's me. All from radiation.
