Today one of my customer came and talked highly about use of DCA in cancer treatment. He personally used it for his father's treatment. I went online and did some Wikipedia/googling. There are some huge advocates of DCA.
I feel very tempted to use it for my brother but before I do anything experimental I was wondering, if anybody else has tried to explore it and has any useful information to share.

Thanks

This has not been thoroughly tested and is not approved in the US. The only scientifically proven cures for oral cancer at this time are surgery, radiation with or without chemo. Thats it, nothing else will eliminate this type of cancer. Even chemo by itself can not completely get rid of it. Here is a credible link to read that better explains Dichloroacetate.

Dichloroacetate, ACS

PS... Oral cancer is a deadly disease. Only roughly 50% of all patients diagnosed with it will still be alive 5 years later. Please do not waste time with unproven methods. By delaying conventional treatments, may make a big difference in how easily or even if the cancer is able to be treated successfully. Best wishes!

This is not a subject for an armchair google. There are reasons treatments are approved and not approved for patients. There is a rigorous program of scientific assessment based on thousand of cases and the work of thousands of medical experts. In my case I've had all sorts of people try and tell me to stop chemo and live on pumpkin seeds and tumeric! By all means discuss your questions with the doctor, but don't let anyone convince you to ignore your doctor's advice.
