I'm seeing some interesting studies on bowman birk inhibitor for slowing the transition from leukoplakia to oral cancer or slowing oral cancer itself. It appears to be derived from Soy products. Does anyone have any information about the amount of soy to injest to get the bowman-birk inhibitor benefits? We are going to a great cancer institute but are, of course, also interested in whether there is anything extra we can be doing at home with nutrition.
