I asked the RO and he said in the Pathologist Report the Margins were questionable . Could that mean all the cancer was not removed during surgery ? One of her main complaints from the beginning was ear pain and recently her ear has started to hurt again. Maybe the pain is from the Rad I'm not sure but its starting to worry me and my mother.

I would talk to your radiation Oncologist about the ear pain. This could well be due to the radiation but you should mention it. Also so that he can give your Mum adequate pain relief. Tammy

Some RO's differ in their delivery techniques.

It is not unusual to have two rads in a day, in my case it was timed around the availability of the machines on public holidays. The rads have to be 7 hours apart (I think it was 7, near enough).
Ask the docs about the ear pain, also does your Mother have any tinnitus? Report that to the docs too, as with any other new symptoms or changes.
