My Consultant said also that, rather than having a definite border, it had sent out lots of "tendrils".
I don't feel very 'lucky'. I worry about this all the time.

Its the biggest fear we all share in together.
As time goes on you will hopefully learn to not dwell on this so much. A recurrence is beyond your control. Worrying will only cause undue stress which isnt healthy.
I do understand you but please do something to help yourself. If your absolutely must go there, try to only allow yourself 5 minutes before you "change the channel" and focus on more positive things. With practice it gets easier to turn this off. Keeping busy with positive things also helps to keep your mind otherwise engaged.

We all have gone through that but sometimes it's difficult to process everthing.
How's your weight now? Are you gaining? You say "anorexia" in your signature. Was that a diagnosis or more of a term you use to describe the weight loss?

She seemed pretty good in the first session. The next one's this Thursday.

I'm actually a psychiatric nurse myself, and we are notoriously bad at seeking help for ourselves. This time I needed a shoulder though.
