| Joined: Apr 2013 Posts: 9 Member | OP Member Joined: Apr 2013 Posts: 9 | I went off IV hydration this week, a good thing, but have been making extra sure I drink enough water to remain hydrated. The challenge is that it's the old dieters trick, drink lots of water so you feel full and you don't eat as much. I'm not eating much yet anyway, but all the water is impacting how much PEG-formula + other foods I can get in in one day. And I really need to get my caloric intake up so I can reverse the weight loss treatments started.
Any advise/thoughts/experience on how to find the happy medium here?
Thanks -Dan

Cheryl's suggestion sounds good to me.
