(It's the line of skin attacking your cheek above the top teeth to the back of your mouth)

But I've found a weird bump there.. It's not a canker sore. I'm kinda paranoid I wish i could go to the doctor now.. any guesses of what it is? here's a pic but it's hard to see.. there more to it in real life

it looks like nothing right? frown I don't smoke.. never saw it.. I was looking at a canker sore and found it.. posting more pics soon

It sort of looks like a skin tag. It is painful, how did you discover it, have you seen your doctor?

The rule is any sore that someone has in their mouth for 2 weeks or longer should be checked by a professional.

Please do not post any additional photos, the one is enough. No member would be able to identify what it is accurately over the internet. All we can do is guess. To me, it does not look like its sore, it looks like a tiny pimple. It could be any number of things besides something serious. I suggest calm down and make an appointment to get checked out by either an ENT or oral surgeon.
