Joined: Mar 2011 Posts: 30 | Scheduling a FNA next week. Mass in tongue didn't show on CT. Going to have to start eating soups soon, as chewing is becoming much more difficult. Living life pretty much dose to dose on the Norco. Guess I wont be trying out the new kitchen for a while.

TX 40 IRMT (1.8 gy) + 10 Cetuximab
PET Scans 6/2011 + 3/2012 clear, 5 year physical exam clear; chest CT's clear of cancer. On thyroid pills. Life is good.

Joined: Jun 2007 Posts: 10,507 Likes: 6 | Hoping it turns out to be nothing serious! If you are unable to eat, try drinking ensure or boost to help keep up your nutrition. Dont forget you could always get a nasal tube for a temporary thing if necessary. Good luck!!!!
