Hey Guys!

Here is a very cool event being put on by CURE Magazine with our new friends at Dental Oncology Professionals of N. Texas' own Dr. Dennis Abbott, DDS.

DOPNT are supporters of OCF and are hosting a screening event for us for Oral Cancer Awareness Month! I've had the pleasure of talking with Dr. Abbott and Noberto Diaz, their PR man, and they are passionate about working with OCF and helping us raise awareness!

This is going to be a great opportunity to get questions answered from a specialist who's passionate about helping patients get through it and I hope you are able to participate!

Thanks Christine you do so much for so many people, I have no idea how you do it! I'm just very thankful that you do!

Thursday is a crazy day for me too as I'm getting ready to fly out early the next day for San Antonio however Dr. Abbott and Norberto are really great guys and are excited to partner with OCF. I hope we have a good turn out, I've already seen questions posted by other OCF members so I think it will be.

Hope you are taking your laptop with you to help me keep up with the admin stuff over the weekend. I will be traveling too but will still be keeping an eye on the forum from Nashville.

so how exactly does a Facebook Chat work? is it everyone typing madly or is there a video link up somewhere? If I am going to drag my backside out of bed at 3am, I want to know EXACTLY what I am supposed to do before I apply my sleep addled brain to the problem

Yep Kevin it's Thursday April 12th Noon Central Time hope you can participate!

lol, Karen, there is no video feed it's just a group chat with Dr. Abbott answering questions which you can ask before hand if you can't make it to the chat. I'm sorry about the 3am thing my dear, no way I'm close to cognitive at that time.

Kathy, I try not to make promises, especially ones I know I can't keep smile

These guys are great and really excited to help. Dr. Abbott and his team are the good ones that actually give a shhhhh...well you know.
