DX 4/2/10 "Oral Cavity" T3NOMO
12/28/07 Non Hodg Lymph remission 7/08

Thank you for posting this, Suez. My cancer center is now a branch of the Cleveland Clinic, so I will definitely check this out!

Female, nonsmoker, 67, diag. 5/09 after tongue biopsy: stage IV. Left hemi-gloss. and left selec. neck disec. 30 lymph nodes removed May 20. Over 7 weeks daily rads. with three chemo. PEG removed 12/4/09 Am eating mostly soft foods. Back to work 11/09 Retired 4/1/11. 6 clear scans! Port out 9/11.

This is great, Suez! Thanks so much! I'm definitely going to register for the Chat. I would love to hear more about the da Vinci Robot used with Oral Cancer patients.
I'll bet they would have some good comments on this!

CG to son, Paul (age 33, non-smoker) SCC Stage 2, Surgery 9/21/06, 1/6 tongue Rt.side removed, +48 lymph nodes neck. IMRTx28 completed 12/19/06. CT scan 7/8/10 Cancer-free! ("spot" on lung from scar tissue related to Pneumonia.)

Let me know if anybody gets to do this I'll be at work so I won't be able to I signed up one time when Ron first was diagnosed with his actual Octo Doc who did the surgery he had the chat and I missed it...damn work! lol
I've never met this doc. Ron's Octo is Dr Burkey we love him!
