An update... The page I made for my fundraiser has only been up for 4 days and has already made 11% of my goal. I am very grateful to everyone who has so generously given to my fundraising goal. I understand most oral cancer patients are hit hard financially and must stick to a tight budget. If you can afford to give, then please help. Any amount is appreciated. If you cant afford to give, I completely understand. Your donation does not need to show up on the fundraising page if you prefer to remain anonymous. I have taken my fundraising campaign out into my community. I have spent hours going out face to face and asking businesses and dental professionals to donate. Working together we can accomplish extraordinary results! ChristineB's fundraising page

Thanks Wendy!!!
I appreciate all the kind people who have helped me to raise money for OCF. This helps OCF to remain operating and helps to spread awareness of oral cancer. I hope anyone who lives near any of the walks will come out to meet other oral cancer survivors and to help support OCF as well. Together we can make oral cancer a thing of the past.

In my former life before cancer, I had a very good career with Verizon. I still have a few friends there who have generously donated to my individual campaign. Verizon offers a program which will match their employees donations. I wanted to let everyone know that when fund raising many major corporations will do the same matching program. Jamie is easily able to add the matching funds to your donor page total. Anyone who receives a donation from a Verizon employee, ask them to get company matching and watch their donation double itself.

Today is finally the Nashville walk! There are over 150 people pre registered online so it should turn into a huge event. The weather is perfect today which should help bring even more people out. There is still time to donate to this walk or to my private campaign. All donations help OCF to keep helping oral cancer patients thru this website and thru research. ChristineB's Fund Raising Page
