Hey... okay - I don't know what a BCL2 marker is - sorry... I wish I did.
Differentiation I can do. There are three types of differentiation - well, moderate, and poor. Well differentiated cells behave like normal cells almost, moderate a little different, poorly differentiated are the wild childs of the bunch. Then there can be well/moderate... etc...
Poorly differentiated can be more aggressive, I guess that's why they said the
Erbitux won't be the chemo of choice. Perhaps they have a stronger different one.
I am not sure about the chemos... I am sure someone here can tell you possibly what else they may use, and what the BCL3 marker is about. I wish I could help more.
