Re the recovery...yes we all can recovery at different speeds and in different ways but in general we find that you should be prepared for a very slow recovery period lasting every bit of 1 to 2 years and that doesn't mean that you will recovery to 100% pre treatment because the chances are high that you will recovery to what we call a new normal. Stick with this site as it will prove to be one very valuable asset in your treatment and recovery. I guarantee it!

Apr 2014 & 15, Spun for 9 straight hrs to raise $$ for YMCA's Livestrong Program. Certified Spin Instructor Jun 2014.
