Hello Everyone,
I was looking for more information on Internet and found this wonderful forum. You can call me Dob. I live in Toronto, Canada. I am having small cell carcinoma.

Metastatic Small Cell Carcinoma-first diagnosed 2008, treatment included radical neck surgery, radiation and chemotherapy
April 2010 -reconstructive surgery of left mandible with flap from scapula; radiation
Oct. 2010- tumour in area of the connection between the flap and the bone
Stage IV

Sorry to read it came back, this is a tough battle, but getting through it makes you realize how truly strong you are!! Keep up the good fight, and we'll all be here to help as much as we can!!


25/female at diagnosis
Dx;stage 3 SCC tongue 03/25/2010
Surgery 04/13/2010
Trach,ng tube, peg feeding tube
Hemiglossectomy, right side neck dissection, 40 lymph nodes removed. Free-Flap transplant to tongue.
30 rounds IMRT ended July 15,2010
