Has anyone had any balance issues as a post-surgery after effect?

I went for a Reiki session a few weeks back and he said he thought i would be experiencing something like vertigo, or imbalance every now and then as my body sorts itself out post surgery. Which was weird cause i had just started to have the odd sensation that seemed to be balance related...It's happened less often in the last week or so, but still happens every now and then...particularly when im tired at the end of busy day at work...

I wouldnt call it vertigo and its very slight and almost not noticeable, but is definitely something...

Anyway, going to bring it up with my surgeon to make sure its nothing to worry about, but if anyone else has similar experience, let me know...
