On 4/15/10 I will be attending this expo ! Special cuisine from local chefs & Masters of Ceremonies , Dr. Shawn Newlands. This event is sponsored from my local chapter of S.P.O.H.N.C. I will post back after the event. I hope I get some new ideas, as I am getting bored with the same old...same old! How I miss subs, hamburgers & so much. I think it is worse in the warmer months, with all the cook outs and festivals. I know, I am grateful to be able to eat...anything! As I sure couldn't (almost)2 years ago!


BOT T3N2M0 No surgery, 38radiation treatments,4 chemo rounds, peg removed 11/08, still have a port. Treatments ended 6/20/08. So far, so Good ! "I know God won't give me anything I can't handle. I just wish He didn't trust me so much !"

I am greatful to eat as well. I do miss the hamburgers and such do to the dry mouth issue. I guess we just have to adapt.
