Joined: Nov 2005 Posts: 1,128 | I spoke too soon; as soon as the Fentanyl 12.5 mcg/hr started reaching its level, it was too much (And I believe that's the smallest dose). Since I need the oxy, for spot pain, more than the Fentanyl, I pulled the patch.
