Dont even be concerned about how you are viewed. Im sure you are in no way even close to being a difficult patient. Im saying lots of prayers for my pal !!!!!

With your personality, they have to love you as we all do but theirs has to have more passion. Let he tears flow whenever you have to the urge and never be ashamed of them..Luv Ya lady.
Since posting this. UPMC, Pittsburgh, Oct 2011 until Jan. I averaged about 2 to 3 surgeries a week there. w Can't have jaw made as bone is deteroriating steaily that is left in jaw. Mersa is to blame. Feeding tube . Had trach for 4mos. Got it out April.

Caregiver to husband Ron. Throat Cancer. Finished 35 radiation treatments on 11/21/04. 8/2/11 small lesion on lower gum, laser Procedure to remove. 3/6/12 Doc. removed another lesion on outside of his neck. Did a skin graft from his chest to replace the skin on his neck. Went to Heaven on 6/24/12.

I, too, will pray for a clear scan for you today. Like all the other forum members, I freak out whenever I discover something new, or something resembling past symptoms. Having them checked out is the only thing we can do, which is what you're doing. Let us know soon.

Joined: Sep 2006 Posts: 1,357 Likes: 5 | YOUR PRAYERS WORKED!! Results are in today - fine needle biopsy showed inflamation cells, and the CT shows no change since last CT which was last August. My surgeon called and said we will just have to keep on top of all of these lumps - said I did the right thing to contact them quickly, but for now, all OK. He will continue to keep "a close eye" on everything.
WHEW!! Now time to sleep.
Thank you all so very much. I seriously have no idea where I would be without all the support I receive from my OCF family. Many hugs from a very relieved............
