I came across a site that does just that. All you have to do is look up the word and then slide your mouse over it. I found out I was pronouncing "Squamous" all wrong! It's called "Howjsay Pronunciation" and has good reviews in case anyone is interested.

after 3 sarcma flr mouth,fially removed, reconstruct from thigh muscle. 1/2 saliva glands removed, plus more glands than i can remember
