The Hospital and the Dr that tried to tell me that I needed radiation after surgery are on the news tonite. They have named the Wheeling Hospital a comprehensive Cancer Cemter today. Thisis the small name hospital and Dr that tried to tell me my margins at 1.5 MM were way too close and that it would come back. I knew they had to be a good place and I am so Glad that Dr JonDavid Pollock is the oncologist that the news interviewed. He is one of the nicest and caring Drs I have met. He had 4 letters mailed to me, one registered, and he calle me wanting me to come talk with him about a reoccurence and how likely I was to get a reoccurence. I have been kicking myself for not going to see him until after the James Cancer center told me it was back but on both sides of my tongue this time. I could have had the rads, my teeth and less worries than I have now. But hindsite just doesn't work . OK people of the Ohio Valley, now e have a Comprehensive Cancer center of our own and don't need to drive a couple of hours to one.
