My father is an oral cancer survivor - just finished his 4th surgery in Korea. I'm trying to organize a small benefit for the Oral Cancer Foundation in NYC - having never done anything like this before, I would appreciate any recommendations you have.

I am assuming 50~75 people - beginning to talk with a table tennis bar called Spin to host, but don't know really how to approach them with what demands. How to get the word out to other OCF members, etc.

Thanks for your help.

Hello!

I am the event coordinator for the OCF, thank you so much for wanting to do something like this! I hope your father is doing well.

Drop me an email at [email protected] and I can try to help. Let me have a contact number as well and we can try to talk on the phone about it and when a good time to call is.

Take care and will talk toyou soon!!
