I finally got to see my new PCP. WOW is she pretty. LOL The best part is her nurse worked for an Oral cancer Dr and for once I didn't have to explain anything. Talk about lucky. I have had 3 lady Drs the past few years and any one of them a guy would be proud to take home. Just Kidding but they and their intelligence, looks and niceness impressed me.


Since posting this. UPMC, Pittsburgh, Oct 2011 until Jan. I averaged about 2 to 3 surgeries a week there. w Can't have jaw made as bone is deteroriating steaily that is left in jaw. Mersa is to blame. Feeding tube . Had trach for 4mos. Got it out April.

CG/Mom: 5 1/2 years SCC upper palate,4 recurrences, surgeries, chemo & radiation. Mom went to Heaven 1/21/11.

My last 2 Drs were very preety too. LOL and we talked about everything but health . LOL I like to make friends and I think it must relax them if we are when we go to see them.


Since posting this. UPMC, Pittsburgh, Oct 2011 until Jan. I averaged about 2 to 3 surgeries a week there. w Can't have jaw made as bone is deteroriating steaily that is left in jaw. Mersa is to blame. Feeding tube . Had trach for 4mos. Got it out April.

Retired Dentist, 59 years old at diagnosis. SCC of the left lateral border of the tongue (Stage I). Partial glossectomy and 30 nodes removed, 4/6/05. Nodes all clear. No chemo no radiation 18 year survivor.

LOL Thanks for the faith Jerry. I look at our beautiful ladies just like a fine spring morning or the scene of a beautiful valley. To be appreciated. I'm an art lover.

Angelia, I pray that your pain leaves you and takes mine with it to europe or somewhere. LOL Nothing is helping me this time. I see my Oncologist tomorrow so maybe I will learn something. Glad I gave you a smile tho. You have been thru enough.

I too have been seeing an attractive pcp lately. Her 1st name is Valle and it's almost impossible to keep the Valley Girl comments to myself, lol.


David R. 65 yr old male non-smoker, light drinker, stage 3 or 4, depending on which doc you ask, scc rt. tonsil, 2 nodes, 7 weeks radiation and chemo. No surgery. Teatment ended 3/20/08. PET scan 8/08 showed no cancer.
And now, as of oct, 2010, caregiver to wife, Linda, with breast cancer.
May, 2013, Linda diagnosed with stage 3 ovarian cancer. Enuf already.

Jim, how about I take your pain and my pain on a train to San Antonio and leave it there. sound good? I leaving Saturday for vacation and will be gone for 5 days. Not sure I am ready, but the tickets were bought and we have no choice.
