There are various things which help/inspire/motivate us while we as Caregivers help our beloved fighting this battle
One of them for me is music, i always carry my ipod when am in hospital.

That's a great song. Music helped me so much when I was going through the worst of it with my husband. It helped him as well. We had about an hour-long drive to the hospital 5 days a week for most of 14 weeks. We mostly used a CD of whales "talking" in the ocean (sort of a new age type of music that was supposed to be really soothing). That was all that my husband wanted to listen to for weeks. (We had originally bought it from a holistic veterinary practice as they have found it to be very soothing for dogs and cats and we'd used it when we traveled with our dogs). I was surprised at how soothing it was for both of us.
