Just wanted to post a note to my friends that I've completed #10 Carboplatin/radiation.

The first 2 weeks of treatment have caused only mild changes in my mouth: Mouth is not sore. No dry mouth, but the texture of the saliva has changed. Energy is good. Unfortunately, I've lost a lot of my taste buds. As I told my doctors, most of the side effects are the same as with chemo, so I'm prepared for what may happen.
