Nutritionist recommended Glutasolve (15mg Glutamine + maltodextrin)
I also see Glutamine with nothing added and much cheaper at health food store.
Anyone experiment with either of these.

Is Glutasolve superior to glutamine?

I tried both. Glutasolve is a little easier to take, it's sweeter and dissolves more.
