I am having my 6-month PET scan tomorrow, and ask each of you to say a prayer for me to get good results. I get really freaky every time I have one, and act so ridiculous until I find out the results. I truly believe in prayers, and ask you to do this for me. I will post my results as soon as I can pester the oncologist's office nurses to tell me. Thank you so much.

I am a nervous wreck each time I have to wait for the results of my scans, too. Sending good thoughts and prayers your way, Julieann!

I have never had a CT or Pet scan and in the early day�s the refusal of the �team� to arrange it freaked me out
Now after just over 4 years I don�t think about it so much.
Julieann I will be thinking of you and looking forward to your next ALL CLEAR post.

Survived the machine, and now the tough part, waiting for the results. I should do what Eric suggested, breathe and believe, which I'm going to try to do. Thank you all for your prayers. Will post my results when I get them.

My PET scan results were NEGATIVE FOR ANY CANCER, so prayers are answered. Just wanted to thank all you guys for sending your prayers my way. I just hope and pray we can all have good results, but get saddened when we don't. My heart goes out to all of you who are having trouble again. I will never stop praying for you and I know others won't either.
Thanks again - now I can breathe. I'm such a wimp at scan times
