I've read several people's stories before they found their cancer diagnosis, and they said that they've felt unusual fatigue after some fairly mild physical exertion. Has anyone else felt this before?

I felt like I had the flu on and off for at least 2 months prior to being diagnosed. Overall I felt lousy and run dow. Some days I was completely exhausted.

I didn't have ANY symptoms before Dx. None, Nada, Zip except a slightly swollen neck.

Only symptom I had was an earache. Other than that, I was going full blast.
