Hi Everyone,

Just wanted to update the results of my MRI.

The left maxillary sinus there is a large polyp measuring at least 2.6cm in width 3.5 cm in superoinferior dimension and 3.2 cm in ap dimension.
There is no evidence of abnormal density/mass subjacent to the marker. **this is where the palpable mass is at in my cheek.

My doctor wants me to see an ENT for further treatment as he said there is something there as he felt it and saw it but does not know what it could be. I see the ENT on the 17th. He also said not to worry about the polyp.

I'll update everyone after my app't on the 17th.
Thank you for sharing this journey with me.

Warm Regards,
Sherry

That's great news, Sherry. I love it when a doc says not to worry, 'cause you know he's not worried either! (If he was worried, he'd have been singing the "biopsy-it" song)
Congrats!

Well done Sherry.

It is a very large polyp, isn't it? I hope it doesn't cause you too much pain. It will be interesting to hear from the ENT what it is and what to do about it.

Best wishes for the best outcome from Helen
