Goodmorning,
Good morning, I'm a 39 years old male non-smoker and a moderate drinker.
Since beginning of November, a depapillated area has appeared on the dorsum of my tongue.
The aspect and the colour of this lesion changes during the day, a light pink in the morning, red in the evening, while size and location are increased a little in the latest weeks.
A biopsy of the lesion has been done, this is the result:
"Epithelial hyperplasia and hyperkeratosis without dysplasia, mild lympho plasmatic inflammatory infiltrate of the superficial area".

In your opinion, can I exclude any malignant or pre-malignant lesion (erythroplakia)?

many thanks
regards
Andrea

It sounds good so far but do find out what's causing it!
